January 28, 2026I’ve been a resident here for almost 2 years and the first year it was good for the most part but going to our 2nd, it’s been a bit worse. We have had 4 maintenance requests on our dishwasher not getting fixed. We’ve asked if we could just get a replacement but maintenance told us “i don’t think my supervisor will let us because it’s expensive but I’ll ask”, never got an update. We’ve talked to the manager and told us to email them about the issues we’ve been having and we did, but got no ...response. We’ve had other issues with some other appliances that also took a few requests to get finally fixed, but overall the apartments are decent, though i do hate the swamp cooler in the summers (can’t get our temps below 78), the vents blow out a ton of dust that cover your walls as well. I will say the price for these apartments aren’t terrible, they run small, but if your okay with putting up with typical apartment crap, then these are okay.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2025The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. It’s a quiet community. The grounds are well kept, trash areas cleaned up very regularly, and it seems everyone actually abides the no smoking policy (I’ve lived in other places where they had a no smoking policy, but did little or nothing to enforce it, so I was very pleased to find it’s actually followed here). The only downside is the condition of the apartments. I had to do a ton of cleaning and 10 maintenance requests at move-in. My windows ...are old and one doesn’t stay open which is challenging with a swamp cooler. I have cabinet doors that don’t work well, a towel bar that keeps falling due to wall damage, there is old water damage under my bathroom counter making the cabinet storage space very difficult to use (the bottom is severely bowed/not flat), and I had to cover the wood floor of my balcony because the wood is in such bad shape. The hard surface flooring is cheap and dinged with a crunching sound stepping in many places.Property Manager Responded

July 18, 2025Apartments are great, and the staff is very helpful. I am having trouble with my application because the system is taking a long time to process, but I have called so many times and the staff has been extremely helpful and kind.Property Manager Responded
