We have had 4 maintenance requests on our dishwasher not getting fixed. We’ve asked if we could just get a replacement but maintenance told us “i don’t think my supervisor will let us because it’s expensive but I’ll ask”, never got an update. We’ve talked to the manager and told us to email them about the issues we’ve been having and we did, but got no ...response. We’ve had other issues with some other appliances that also took a few requests to get finally fixed, but overall the apartments are decent, though i do hate the swamp cooler in the summers (can’t get our temps below 78), the vents blow out a ton of dust that cover your walls as well.
