    Do not sign a lease with AYR. Becovic Management Group does not keep the community clean. The landscaping is awful. There’s dog poop everywhere. The mail room is a disaster most of the time. Their maintenance is slow, and when they do show up, they do next to nothing and then leave. They will throw extra charges in addition to the ridiculous amount of rent they are charging. Thankfully we move out soon, but they charged us rent for dates that are AFTER our move out date, and when asked about it, ...
    we were told that they have no excuse for it and it would be fixed. As of right now, we have paid rent for dates we will not be living here, and have not gotten our money back.
