Ongoing Maintenance Issues Ignored by Management

I’ve lived in this apartment for a month now, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Since move-in, half of the apartment's lights have not worked, leaving parts of the unit in near darkness. More concerning, there's been a large hole in the ceiling above the dining area that leaks severely every time it rains. This isn't just an eyesore—it creates a safety hazard and an unlivable situation.

management, nothing has been done to resolve either issue. The lack of urgency or even basic communication is unacceptable. These problems existed before we moved in, and it's clear they were never addressed. If you're considering living here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere until management proves they can maintain a habitable living space and respond appropriately to tenant concerns.
