Ongoing Maintenance Issues Ignored by Management
June 7, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived in this apartment for a month now, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Since move-in, half of the apartment's lights have not worked, leaving parts of the unit in near darkness. More concerning, there's been a large hole in the ceiling above the dining area that leaks severely every time it rains. This isn't just an eyesore—it creates a safety hazard and an unlivable situation. Despite multiple maintenance requests and follow-ups with property ...management, nothing has been done to resolve either issue. The lack of urgency or even basic communication is unacceptable. These problems existed before we moved in, and it's clear they were never addressed. If you're considering living here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere until management proves they can maintain a habitable living space and respond appropriately to tenant concerns.Read More

BAD AC for almost 3 WEEKS!
August 25, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comseveral excuses for delays on AC repair. From other high ticket items needing priority to ordering parts for close to 16 days straight. and when they FINALLY get to repairing the AC unit, they do NOT HAVE any Freon to put in it. I highly discourage ANY rentor looking for a decent place to live to rent from this place due to high excuses for repairs when necessary. ONLY rent when you can not find any place else!Property Manager Responded
