Not family friendly
March 19, 2026Not a kid friendly space Structure is very poor with zero or no sound proof Management not friendly to parents with kids with notices and warning letters the trash valet is another questionable enforcement on residents which we cannot opt out The management sounds only nice on the review in reality management is quite rude Once was locked out for a whole day and the emergency services was missing in action Everything is only good on paper, and they are not cooperating with families with kids with ...constant notices Totally not friendly for families with kids The manager is not available most of times, and totally unreachable to the residents. Horrible
November 11, 2025Moved out over two months ago and still don't have my security deposit back. I could write an essay here with the amount of issues I had during my 2+ years in this community, but in short, I would not recommend living here to anyone. Migdalia in the office is rude and unprofessional. Steer clear of properties managed by Bryten/Weller, they have lost my business for life.Property Manager Responded

Roaches
August 4, 2025I experienced a very serious roach infestation during my time living here, despite being a very clean individual. I requested pest control multiple times and specifically asked for Azalea to address the issue, but it was never properly resolved. After I moved out, they charged me for a damaged mirror that was already decomposing when I moved in. It seems like they use tenants' deposits to fund upgrades they want to make to the apartment, rather than addressing actual maintenance ...issues. Management is also very unresponsive and does not return calls or follow up on requests.Property Manager Responded

Azalea at West Melbourne, top notch!
September 6, 2024I was looking for a apartment for my two sons to reside during their time attending FIT. I spent a full day researching over 15 apartment properties in the Melbourne area. Taking into consideration price point, age of the complex, appearance, quality of construction and cleanliness. Azalea at West Melbourne was hands down the best property. don’t do it
October 17, 2023Back in April of 2023 we had a hail storm that damaged screens. The screens still have not been fixed and management doesn’t let residents know why either. Do not believe the 5 star reviews and they have “parties” where if you put a 5 star review online you can spin a wheel for prizes.Property Manager Responded

Amazing
June 6, 2023The management is amazing. They really listen to your concerns and try to help you in the best way possible. If you request maintenance they are at your apt fixing it within a few hours. They regularly clean the pool and they kept all their facilities in top shape. Also the trash valet is amazing. You never have to take your trash more than 5 feet would give 6 stars if I could!Property Manager Responded

It’s nice but there’s room for improvement
October 3, 2021It’s a nice place but there are some flaws that have made us look elsewhere. 1. It’s a “luxury condominium” that is not made for young children. There are no playgrounds on-site which is extremely peculiar. 2. The closets have doors and after touring we realized in the second/third bedroom you can’t use the entire left side of the closet or the right side closest to the door opening because then the door either will get damaged, or not open all the way, or can’t close. There should be bifold ...doors. 3. There is a lot of wasted space in the laundry room. Another shelf on top would really add to it. We ended up renting a house near a park we can walk to but would have loved to have lived here.Property Manager Responded

Don’t do it
July 2, 2021The Oasis at West Melbourne was fantastic. When Azalea took over, it went downhill fast. 1. We’ve been without internet for 3 days in the last 2 wks, which impacts people’s ability to work and get paid. The manager hasn’t returned any calls and neither has corporate. 2. The gate has never closed once since I moved in January. 3. There is 1 maintenance person for the whole complex. 4. Last time the internet went out (Wednesday) bc they lost power, they just shut the office and left without ...telling the residents. 5. The computers in the business center have disappeared. 6. New owners and deteriorating fast!
July 1, 2021New owners and in a few months place has gone downhill. Internet and direct TV have been down 3x in 2 weeks. 13 hours this time. Staff just left! No choice for internet and TV service (also out)..you pay the complex and then they don't maintain it! No one answers the phone at the office anymore. Inspection after inspection..no privacy! Gate is has not been closed since I moved in (Jan 2021). HVAC filter never changed. Maintenance downhill. Promised Amazon hub never built. Pool was closed for ...over a week. Apartments inside are very nice. Paying alot of money not to have it better managed. Don't get me started on the wolf spiders inside and out! Grass maintenance is also a joke...when do finally cut it they leave tire marks all ove the sidewalk and chunks of grass everywhere...it looks horrible! Best apartment and staff
March 5, 2021The staff at oasis at west Melbourne apartment are the best. I moved in December 31st 2020 and was taken care by Nichole what a wonderful young lady. I am pleased with all of them. Maintenance are wonderful they take care of all your needs in a timely manner starting with Chris the supervisor and his wonderful staff Tim, Jay and Alendra. The other day I had packages to bring up and Jay stop what she was doing and helped me with bringing my packages upstairs today I was heading to the dumpster and ...Alendra took my boxes for me.
