Noise and Poor management
October 7, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comLived here with a baby. Construction noise next door made our lives miserable for weeks — our infant couldn’t sleep. Management refused to help us move or reduce rent. When we left, they still charged us hundreds of dollars and threatened us for leaving a review. Cold, inflexible, and not family-friendly. Avoid if you value peace and empathy.

If you got a reply that they say they gonna process your request asap, please be prepared to wait weeks (if you are lucky) or months. The office failed to fillout a lease transfer nor provide renew lease timely after I requested 2 months before lease ending, and then they gave me a waive of 30-day notice but tried to deny it. Even if finally they agreed to honor the waivement, the security deposit has never been heard ...of since I moved out 2 months ago. Be away with the property and the FPI management!Read More
