Amazing location, management, and apartments
February 20, 2026Dhesya and Ashley were so kind and supportive during my move. They are the best property management team I’ve ever been in contact with. The apartments are clean, spacious, loaded with amenities, and located in an area close to food, parks, walking trails, and commuter transportation. The area is beautiful and safe. Noise and Poor management
October 7, 2025Lived here with a baby. Construction noise next door made our lives miserable for weeks — our infant couldn’t sleep. Management refused to help us move or reduce rent. When we left, they still charged us hundreds of dollars and threatened us for leaving a review. Cold, inflexible, and not family-friendly. The community management is extremely poor
October 5, 2022No one answers your phone call nor calls you back. Email is not responded too. If you got a reply that they say they gonna process your request asap, please be prepared to wait weeks (if you are lucky) or months. The office failed to fillout a lease transfer nor provide renew lease timely after I requested 2 months before lease ending, and then they gave me a waive of 30-day notice but tried to deny it. Even if finally they agreed to honor the waivement, the security deposit has never been heard ...of since I moved out 2 months ago.
