      Poorly built so that you hear everything from neighbors and mine fight constantly, police have been here multiple times but management does nothing. Advertising daily for “Spa” but have only seen someone in there 2 or 3 times. Mandatory valet trash fee of 25month but they don’t pick up on weekends, have no recycling available except for broken down boxes, overflowing dumpsters with bags of trash everywhere. Dog park you have to crawl through the bushes to get to. Weekly emails threatening fines ...
      for putting trash out before 7pm and not getting cans inside fast enough, no furniture or grills allowed on your porch, office hours are a loosely followed, told access to Baldwin Park facilities but upon moving in found out that was not true. BUGS everywhere so bad I have to cover my dishes, stucco rotting off outside pillars, mold is covered with paint, apartments are so dark you have to use lights all day. The problems are endless, run. Seriously, the worst experience ever and I wait until I can move out!!! The only thing luxurious is the pool is nice the rest of it is lipstick on a pig.

      This place is absolutely awful!!!!! I was one of the first people to move into this building. I had my entire ceiling replaced in my living room due to mold issues. Took them 6 months to finally fix it. I finally had to get a lawyer involved because they were dragging their feet. Not to mention the maintenance man told me during the process. Wow if this was me I wouldn't be happy... Yet he went to the people who lived across from me and told me oh it's not that big a deal. You replaced my whole ...
      ceiling and it's not a big deal? Oh btw they didn't offer me anywhere else to stay during this process. My toilet was never attached to the wall. The office manager is useless. She must just online shop on her computer all day long because she never ever returns any call, and never has any idea what she's talking about. It's always "oh let me call you back." Never does. The elevators might as well move backwards their so friggen slow!! And btw they stop working every time it rains because there isn't a lightning rod on the building so it gets struck every time there is a storm. 5 story building. No elevator that works! Gets old. Pretty darn fast! Costumer service is HUGE. The only one who has a clue what she is doing is Nicole, and she only works the front desk. The lack of rent renewals should be the sign that everyone else has the same issue. Save yourself the headache!!!

      I love my apartment! It's brand new and my husband, dog and I are the first to live in it :) Not only a beautiful neighborhood but also beautiful amenities! There's a 24 hour gym with (obviously) brand new equipment for any type of workout. The amazing pool area, (that is never crowded), has a grill area and gorgeously designed decor, plus it's a salt water pool! It's one of the safest areas in Central Florida with it's own little "bubble" magazine that informs the community about social events ...
