Poorly built so that you hear everything from neighbors and mine fight constantly, police have been here multiple times but management does nothing. Advertising daily for “Spa” but have only seen someone in there 2 or 3 times. Mandatory valet trash fee of 25month but they don’t pick up on weekends, have no recycling available except for broken down boxes, overflowing dumpsters with bags of trash everywhere. Dog park you have to crawl through the bushes to get to. Weekly emails threatening fines ...
for putting trash out before 7pm and not getting cans inside fast enough, no furniture or grills allowed on your porch, office hours are a loosely followed, told access to Baldwin Park facilities but upon moving in found out that was not true. BUGS everywhere so bad I have to cover my dishes, stucco rotting off outside pillars, mold is covered with paint, apartments are so dark you have to use lights all day. The problems are endless, run. Seriously, the worst experience ever and I wait until I can move out!!! The only thing luxurious is the pool is nice the rest of it is lipstick on a pig.
