    Poor staff!! Maintenance doesn’t do anything but walk around the property! Office is supposed to close at 6 but the staff will not do anything after 3!! Lazy lazy lazy if u care about yourself and your family don’t come here!!!

  • Don’t waste your time

    Good luck getting ahold of someone in the office or better yet maintenance. I’ve been calling for over weeks and can’t get in touch with anyone. Im gonna report them at this point.

  • They don't care

    November 8, 2019
    I've been a long term renter at this apartment complex. Since the old owner left prices have gone up with amenities that used to be free. The area is in a poor neighborhood so expect lots of crime and domestic violence. There is no longer security patrolling the area all the time. But worst of all is the poor service the new management is providing. If your ac goes down or you need anything fixed then good luck, because it's not going to happen. You'll have to place a dozen work orders and wait ...
    at LEAST 2 weeks before maintenance 'shows up'. Even then they will look at the problem and tell you "I'll come back with the part" but never come back. It was never like this before so I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
