DO NOT COME HERE!!!
March 20, 2023LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. I’ve been living here since 2020, and this place has gone completely downhill from the lack of professionalism, management and maintenance. We deal with homeless people that live in the area and there is no security whatsoever, we basically have to be our own police . Our washer in front of our house has been broken since July 2021 and we have broken and damaged appliances from when our apartment flooded three times in 2022 and no one came when we called ...the 24 hour emergency maintenance number. We have been through three landlords while living here two of which got fired and even when they got replaced, nothing was fixed. Fast forward to 2023 the last landlord cashed a check that was canceled knowing that it will bounce back having us to be charged for the fees that came with it knowing that it was their fault on there end. Now they won’t remove it and even when we sent them a new one, they refuse to accept it. These people are by far the most lazy, rude, and incompetent people I have ever met. Poor management
May 13, 2022The manager is never on the property, always blames everyone else for the problem. Laundry room is horrible damaged my clothes, called manager said for me to call the washer company. Finally after 3 months he called them after everyone was complaining. Very poor management, do not live here if you have other options.Review from Apartments.com

This place is horrible
May 26, 2020It just looks terrible the neighborhood isn’t quite friendly either the manager is quite nice but it really is misleading the place is a dump in fact they charge for a lake view that is never clean just full of trash the streets flood quite easily and remember when I said the neighborhood isn’t friendly I meant I’ve woken up to banging on the neighbors door numerous times this week and GUN SHOTS if you’re looking for a place you feel safe this is not it wood coming apart doors not locking insane ...number of roachesRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Reasonable but not reasonable anymore
December 27, 2019I’ve been living here for the past 5 1/2 years and at first before the new management came in everything was value reasonable. The rent matched what I was living in but now that rent has rise, the current rent price is not worth living in. They fixed up only some of the apartment buildings but as for the people that have been living here for years they refuse to fix anything up all they are doing is fixing up the outside . The rent doesn’t match the value of the place and also after some years my ...place started to fall apart. Even when I called them to fix any problems all they did was find a shortcut instead of actually fixing the problem. Such as I had mold in my apartment and all they did was spray paint over it and the mold came right back. they didn’t want to actually fix the issue. At first it may seem like paradise but as years go on you will start to see problems occurring. One good thing I can say is that manger, Fracine is amazing but as for the property as whole it’s not worth it. March 19, 2018I love my apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and its a central place near I-95 and 441. I have lived her for a over a year and to date have had no issue. The staff is friendly and at the end of the day its what I call home. I have seen the same people in the office since I have lived here and that in itself is what matters most. DO YOUR RESEARCH
March 11, 2018The rent WAS reasonable prior to new management: the rent has gone up tremendously. The prices you see listed are the range starting price. The true pricing if you sign a contract can be different (BEWARE). The property ISN'T maintained. There are no laundry facilities that are working. Washers and dryers have not worked for about 2 years. The primary rental staff can be very rude as times. Most people have lived in this community because prior to new management the monthly rent amount was ...slightly under market value. Since the property was not maintained very well it was priced accordingly. Now that pricing has gone up with no additional benefits its no longer a bargain. Cars have been stolen and broken into, a shooting has occurred on this property, and parking can be challenging. I urge you to do your homework before signing on the dotted line. And don't believe in promises that change and upgrades are coming soon. This community has the potential of being great, but many things would need to be addressed, and rental pricing would need to be comparable to the "true" value.Property Manager Responded

March 4, 2018This place sucks.... there are no parking space for anyone. My neighbors play loud music and have parties and when i come home from work Ill have to park in the first parking space I find which will be someone else spot. The manager Francine does not help at all and is VERY rude, she can not speak to anyone with respect. I am looking to move as we speak.
