No price gouging like the rest!
April 20, 2022I lived at the Venetian for 4 years until my son took over my lease in 2021. I have seen this community grow tremendously, especially in the last 2 years. This year, when the rental market is despicable if you ask me, Venetian at Capri has always kept their loyal residents in mind and did not price gouge them out like some of my friends who have had $150+ renewal increases! A property who was once looked down at, now has incredible management. Thank you, Amber and her amazing team, they are ...painting the property, making improvements, and putting on events which previous management did not. Great place to live.
June 4, 2021I have lived at The Venetian for 2 years now and love it! Amber and Vince have really turned the community around and made it a place I enjoy calling home. The apartments are in a great location, close downtown and the beach. The only downfall is they are an older community so you do tend to hear more "noise" than probably some of the new apartments but other than that its been great.Review from Apartments.com
Decent, but lots of room for improvement
February 23, 2021I have lived here for about 6 months. It is okay for an apartment, neighbors are quiet, nice neighborhood with friendly residents, but the staff are not particularly responsive to the needs of the residents in my experience. It takes weeks or months to get maintenance requests taken care of. For example (one of many), one of the toilets in my apartment would run constantly and they didn't fix it until 4-5 months into my residency even with multiple online and in person requests for it to be ...fixed. They also think putting a note on the door of the office is a means of notifying the residents that they will be closing the office early, so if you don't go there every day, you won't have any way of knowing until you show up during normal business hours to find out they are closed. She threatened me with eviction on a weekly basis.my "crime"?Complaining about the noise made from the tenant in the apt above mine.he intentionally harassed me.I heard from several tenants that she had colluded with him to get tenants out of the complex on more than one occasion when she decided they "complained too much".After I fled the complex,she then had the audacity to report my "Remianing Tenancy" to all 3 credit bureau s as a ...delinquent debt!!Do not risk your mental health and/or credit to this place!RUN!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
We were pleasantly surprised!
July 2, 2016My husband and I relocated from Michigan. We showed up very late, but the leasing person still met us to get us in. The maintenance crew helped my husband move in a few of our larger items. I was thrilled!! We are now settled in and having not lived in an apartment for over 15 years I am pleasantly surprised at how much we like. Our neighbors have been great and everyone has been so helpful. The units are outdated, are not up to code, you can hear the neighbors above and next to you like they live with you...above and beyond, they change property management when there are too many people making too many complaints.Property Manager Responded
November 22, 2017We are confused and disappointed by this review, as we strive to provide a pleasant and comfortable home for our residents, which included renovating the interiors with new kitchen & bath cabinets and countertops, new appliances, new kitchen ceilings & light fixtures, and crown molding-which was in place and new at the time of this review. As to management, it has only changed one time in the last 9 years. We acknowledge and understand the renovation period was a challenge, but we feel understandable given all the updates were made while occupied, and overall was a big success. We value our residents and will continue in our efforts to ensure everyone's comfort.

Simple but nice
August 21, 2015The Venetian at Capri Isles Blvd offers affordable living in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartments are spacious and simple which makes it easy to decorate the way you like. My only complaint is, at times, the front office can be neglectful when it comes to taking care of issues in your apartment. It took them 4 days and two different in-person requests for them to send a maintenance man to come over and fix my sink and dishwasher so I could wash my dishes .
