  • Horrible place to actually live

    The leasing office managers do not answer emails once you move in. They are rude and continuously wrong with no apology. for 3 months my rent was never done correctly as they added a deposit each time. Packages go missing, no security, things are always broken! Our elevators are terrible. So is our gym. Looks good but a terrible place to live the company changed their name to try and rebrand. Look at SKyhouse the managers have both properties! yuck!

    Maybe for a younger dating crowd, or for students on their parents expense. For us, it would be very convenient- but price was +25% to +30% of what competition within the next 3 streets are offering.

    Too much noise in area. 10th and Piedmont specifically. Plus, lots of forthcoming new construction very close by that will create difficult living conditions for an extended period of time.

    I loved living at Azure; however, the rent increase was pretty absurd and did not equate the size of the apartment and the apartment amenities. It is quite literally cheaper to own a home in Midtown. I would definitely recommend the apartment to others, but not at its current value.
