Do not move into these apartments
May 3, 2023I have been here for about 8 months already. At first everything was going great. When we placed work orders they were being completed. It has now been 1 weeks since I placed a work order for my fridge that keeps freezing my food and I have not had a response from them. I have 2 little ones and I can’t be waiting for the food to defrost so I can feed them. My husbands license plate was stolen from out parking spot and they did not care! If you like mold you found the right place!
June 17, 2022I moved into this placing thinking I was going to get a pretty clean place. I love how they put pictures of their granite counters in their office on as a few cover photos to bait people. Secondly after living here it seems there is a huge mold problem in the entire complex and they do nothing to solve it except just try sanitizing with bleach. (throwing bleach on wood doesn’t get rid of mold) Instead of solving the root of resident’s problems they do cheap “fixes”. If you have children stay far ...away from this place. Think twice before you move in to this place
September 20, 2020I've moved in to this apartments on February 2020 and at first I was super happy, seemed professional clean and well put together, I even wrote a good review on google, now I have to refresh my opinion of this place, I think they have a good appearance at first sight but then you live here for longer than a few weeks and you see how they don't care about anything but collecting the rent money, they broke into the mailboxes and it has been 5 months now and we still can't get our mail delivered to ...our apartment/apartment complex, I've call several times and talked to people in the office, I've email them too and no progress since this happened, they are quick to take your money but not when it comes to living up to the expectations of the tenants who pay rent to have access to basically nothing, no gym, no pool, no mail delivered to you, discounts for not having access to the stuff they offered you when you first visited the complex to try to make you think this place is nice and classy? No not at all, when the pandemic started we got email telling us late payment will result on a late fee yet they can't figure out how to fix our mailboxes after 5 months. In addition to that they say they have security and seems to be a "gated" area but is not, a little piece of wood will prevent your from entering and they break it every week sometimes multiple times a week until they just stop fixing it so now the complex is completely open and welcoming to thieves to break in the mail boxes, cars and even apartments, so needless to say it's totally disappointing to realize where we move into after the fact. It’s better to be homeless than live here
August 13, 2020The office staff is a joke. They’re rude and resident services doesn’t help with anything. They refused to change my lightbulbs. They say they have 4 pools but none of them are open ever. Mailboxes get broken into and their solution is to inconvenience residents by making them go pick up their own mail at the post office. They don’t enforce the no smoking policy. It’s expensive for such a crappy place. I can’t wait for my contract to be over.Review from Apartments.com
Theft, Rude office staff, lack of security and dirty
January 2, 2020Dog poo is a regular thing in the floor. You need to keep watch. I and my neighbor were walking to our cars in the morning only for us to discover that her wheels have been stolen off her car. The office did nothing about it, they have security but they don’t do patrols or nothing. My credit card was stolen from my mail box at this residence. This is in a room we all get mail provided by the management. I complained about the lack of security and all I got was that’s why you have home insurance. ...We get charged $20 extra for insurance monthly but that doesn’t cover my properties and we need to get another insurance. February 3, 2019This place is getting worse day by day. They said the managment is changed but there is no change at all. I called security 5 times for disturbing noise from upstair neieighbors but no body show up.They even stooped picking up their phone. They used to have global security now they have a fake privet security. The neighbors above me are SO LOUD. They STOMP around, VACUUM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, DROP, DRAG, BANG things. Also sounds like cattle running back and forth from one end of the ...apartment to the other.I have talked to management multple times no solution for it. No parking for your second car. Expect additional bill for water, alarm and other surprising fees. I have no word to describe this place.Styay away unless you want to pull your heirs off.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2018run away from this condemnation. bad management, people are stashed inside, steal car tires, lack of safety, they say they will give you referral bonuses but in the end they deceive you. old lockers, loose woods, lack of parking for car, and still has the risk of squealing since there is no vacancy and you place your car in a prohibited place. Better hope things go well - Worst customer service ever
June 7, 2018I’ve lived at Bella Vista for more than two years. That says the apartments can’t be too bad. Walls are a bit thin but the residents in my building try to respect each other and get along. Things are only bad when there’s a problem. Then trying to get a reasonable outcome isn’t likely. Recently, the company changed over to a new management system for communication and paying bills. I shouldn’t be too surprised that things didn’t go well because staff in resident services are rude, mouthy, ...defensive, and all around unpleasant. Trying to pay rent was all but impossible with the new system not recognizing me and telling me to contact project management which I tried no fewer than 20 times without result. The doors during operating hours were locked, my emails and calls went unreturned and when this went on past the 3-day rent due grace period, I was assessed a $195 late fee, payable only in person with cashiers check or with a $60 credit card fee. Going to the office 4 times during the 4th day until someone opened the door, I was one of a number of tenants asking for a late fee reversal. Even though I was courteous and respectful, the staff was not. They were unsympathetic to a problem made by their management and hostile and combatant in their replies. Until now, I have always been on time with rent. While trying to get this sorted, today I was given a pay or get out notice. September 29, 2015Bella Vista is a wonderful place to live. The floor plans are spacious and include a washer and dryer! My neighbors are quiet and respectful. The resident service staff are helpful and bend a little if you are courteous and communicate with them. The staff are very good at making necessary repairs to apartments in a 1-2 day turn around. Security guards are pleasant and are very helpful, however parking issues can be a bit of a problem after 6pm. Although the rent is very high, the quality of the ...apartment is worth the sacrifice.
