September 16, 2022Living at BLVD West has been a good experience so far, though I've only been here about a month. The apartment was clean when we arrived, though we had some issues with plumbing. The apartment itself is very spacious and has plenty of storage. The amenities like the exercise room and hammocks are a great addition and are always kept clean.Property Manager Responded

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX
August 3, 2022The property manager has the nastiest attitude I've ever encountered in a person. The portal for you to pay your rent DOES NOT work, it takes weeks for them to complete an maintenance request. They let the trash just pile up until its overflowing and animals have drug the trash all through the parking lot. The parking lot has potholes the size of someone's car. This is the worst complex I have EVER lived in!! I would NOT RECCOMMEND.Property Manager Responded

I Love it here!
February 22, 2020I just recently moved here in January and I absolutely love it here. The property and landscaping are gorgeous. Kiana was so helpful and sweet and made the move a breeze. The brand new gym and pool area are so beautiful. The community is so peaceful and inviting. The maintenance guy is so nice and if you need anything he's there the same day. August 20, 2018Management is never in the office, never answers the phone, and never responds to emails. The neighborhood is terrible. The walls are paper thin, so you literally can hear EVERYTHING. It's been terrible here and we don't even want to finish out our lease (we've been here for only 3 months). If you want peace and quiet and don't want to feel like an outcast in your own neighborhood, look somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
