We sold our beautiful home in Spokane to serve as "Military Relations Representatives" at JBLM. We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home, than Brighton Place Apartments. The apartment was clean and freshly painted when we moved in. The grounds have been kept impeccable. We have appreciated having a conveniently located covered parking spot, at no additional cost. The maintenance crew have been prompt and efficient. (Our microwave went out one evening and within 1/2 hour a brand ...
new one had been installed.) The apartment is conveniently located, next to Ft.Steilacoom Park, which has beautiful hiking trails. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub during the summer and the indoor hot tub has been relaxing during the winter months. We have found the staff to be personable and efficient. They have become friends and we will miss them, when our mission is complete. We have had zero issues with neighbor noise. The loading docks at Albertson's and garbage trucks are sometimes noise, but that's what "white noise machines," are for :-) We would (and have) highly recommend(ed) Brighton Place Apartments. (Written after having lived here for 16 months.)

Lived here from 2014 - 2015, worked on the Army base nearby so the commute was always fast and quiet. The apartment I lived in was pretty standard for the price range, came with basic appliances in good working order, and any work orders I placed were completed within 2 days max. Parking was never a problem, and there's a huge park with a lake nearby. Didn't interact much with my neighbors because of my work schedule. Only reason I left was because my wife and I wanted to look into buying a ...
house. The only complaint I have was that I'd have to wake up early, and the neighbors upstairs would be loud and passionate some nights, but the leasing manager doesn't really have control of that.
