Over priced
December 10, 2023Should be called ‘bare minimum’ apartments. Not luxury. Key tags don’t work, the keypad doesnt work, and the door gets stuck. So getting IN to the building can be ridiculous. That is IF you find parking, because they prioritize the businesses having parking over the residents. Which is comical, as every business has been leaving. A restaurant backed out, a salon backed out, the Brio Market backed out, McKinney’s left to downtown tulsa, and so did Toast. The walls are very poorly insulated, ...which is hilarious as they claim ‘luxury’ here. There is no luxury, there are no amenities. Sure you are ‘on rose district’ but you are at the end of it. The parade sets up here, but they perform once they pass us. We are the ‘practice area’. The grass is covered in random piles of dog poop, and someone has graffitied along a part of the south side property. Kids have been coming through pulling fire alarms, screaming in the hallways and banging on residents doors before running off. ‘Luxury’ they claim.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Convenient and Fun Location
March 1, 2022The kitchen is large with 2 large pantries and granite countertops the high ceilings makes the apartment seem larger than it really is. The modern decor gives a light and airy feeling to the apartment. Really love living here and our neighbors are great and the management staff is very helpful.Property Manager Responded

Not worth it
January 14, 2022Parking is first come first serve, if you go out after you got one good luck finding a parking when you get back, but they promise you that you will have one, but you won't. They have no security whatsoever, no access through the main entrance and stairwell after 6:00pm, water/sewer/trash fee more expensive than any other apartments, plus they control your water, they charge the tenants for everything they need to replace and poor management.Property Manager Responded

We now have security cameras surrounding the building and even at the inside entrance to help our residents feel more secure.
