When I got this apartment heat was supposed to be included but I was not told that the boiler was not working, The maintenance supervisor told me to use the air conditioner/ heater. These units are not efficient and are only in the bedroom and living room there’s no unit in the bathroom or kitchen . I would have never signed the lease if the boiler was down! There is an open window under my kitchen and exposed to the elements and this makes my hardwood floors ice cold ! Cars park on the grass ...
right next to my kitchen window. The maintenance department is a joke they do crappy work! If they come at all! I informed management and they said if I want another apartment that I have to go through the process again and pay a fee again. Ridiculous !! I definitely would not bring a family here it’s a dump!
