If you are a student attending UC Berkeley, I strongly recommend this community/building. It's situated at the heart of downtown Berkeley so it's very accessible to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation. It's also very close to the school, so you can save a lot of time for commute. Lastly, the maintenance staff is great and will promptly repair any issues.

I enjoyed living here. The location is perfect -- near good restaurants, bus stops, and school. The amenities are nice -- good gym, rooftop, and lobby. There are issues with noise that I think are unfortunately structural, but it's not unbearable.

I've enjoyed my experience living here thus far since I've moved in about 1.5 years ago. The only complaint would be that sound travels too much through the vents and walls, but overall, I'm satisfied with the amenities, location, and service.

I appreciate residing at Bachenheimer Apts. The Apts are accessible to local Supermarkets, public transportation, and various restaurants. The Community Staff are professional and courteous. The maintenance staff responds to maintenance request in a timely fashion. The entrance and parking garage are well lit. I enjoy the rooftop experience.
