June 27, 2025I appreciate residing at Bachenheimer Apts. The Apts are accessible to local Supermarkets, public transportation, and various restaurants. The Community Staff are professional and courteous. The maintenance staff responds to maintenance request in a timely fashion. The entrance and parking garage are well lit. January 3, 2025I've been a resident at Bachenheimer for almost a year now. Needless to say, I'm happy to call this place my home. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful throughout my time here. It's a prime location nestled at the heart of downtown Berkeley. September 19, 2024Thankful for my residence at Bachenheimer Apts. I feel safe when returning to the garage at night. All areas are well lit. It is quiet.
