Maintenance Staff An on-site maintenance team is a bonus. Something goes wrong and the maintenance team responds almost immediately. Sometime again my fridge went out - within 20 minutes maintenance was there assuring me not to worry - if it could be fixed they said they would move a fridge from an empty/unleased unit. They fixed it in five minutes. Some of the team Has been her for years - they know the buildings and the appliances. Badger Canyon Aptartments - a no worry maintenance environment. ...

Dishwasher over heated. We started smelling hot plastic in the kitchen and we found the breaker for the dishwasher had tripped. The maintenance guy figured out the problem over the phone and showed up quickly with the necessary parts in his hands. He installed the new parts and the problem was fixed. Excellent service!!!
