Dishwasher over heated. We started smelling hot plastic in the kitchen and we found the breaker for the dishwasher had tripped. The maintenance guy figured out the problem over the phone and showed up quickly with the necessary parts in his hands. He installed the new parts and the problem was fixed. Excellent service!!! True Contender In the running, very informative. Complex seems really nice and one of the few with walk in closets. We are from out of state moving to Tri-cities area. Only negative is that I’m sorry to see you switched to Comservice to do water, sewer and trash billing.

My husband and I lived here almost two years ago. We had multiple issues with dogs running around with no leashes and other issues. The manager at the times solution was we could move out before our lease was up(we had a few months left) and they would waive any charges associated with leaving your lease early . We took that offer and left . My husband left our forwarding address we never got our deposit back even though the place was spotless. We were over dealing with them and just let it go. ...
Now almost two years Lester we are getting ready to move into a different place and badger caynon reported to the credit bureau that we owe them money. We have been trying for days to fix this as fast as possible before our new place is given to someone else . The collection department for the apartments is not providing us with any help and the manager at the apartment Cam is telling us sorry we can’t help you only the collections department can . Now I’ve tried to email the collections department to ask them what’s the hold up with this and they won’t respond back. So now we are about to lose the place we were ready to move into. I would definitely say rent from anyplace but these places !

For being such new apartments the walls are incredibly thin. You can hear music, pets and footsteps at all hours. But the condescending and just plain rude management team are the cherry on top of this property.
