Safe and quiet place to live
February 4, 2022We recently moved to the Tri Cities and chose this complex without ever visiting in person. After driving past many other apartments in the area I am so glad we chose this one. The location is wonderful and adds to the secure feeling. The finishings are all really nice and high quality. November 29, 2021Our experience started off amazing when Monique was the manger but sense new management has taken over it has been a very poor experience. Badger Mountain Ranch
February 21, 2019I have lived at Badger Mountain Ranch for 4 years and have lived in two different sized apartments. I am in a one bedroom now and it is spacious with a wonderful view of Badger Mountain. The maintenance crew is very friendly and very respondent to resident needs. The apartment manager Monique is the greatest! She is very attentive to the tenant's while also running a large apartment complex. The perks for living here are awesome. We have a 24-hour gym. There is also a Tanning and Theater room ...and of course a nice always clean pool and sauna. What I really like best about this apartment is the safety of living here. It is well lite at night and I feel safe walking the dogs after day time hours.Property Manager Responded

May 7, 2018Apartments are nice on good location but the customer service is horrible.As previous reviewer mentioned expect monthly intrusions with so called inspections which i don't know yields any results and don't expect your deposit back while moving out.They simply say we have a cleaning service which we will charge so don't clean your apartmentsProperty Manager Responded

Save yourself, stay away
November 30, 2017I honestly cannot express to you how horrible this place is. It looks nice and clean during the initial visit, but everything in these apartments is extremely poorly made. Drawers, handles, and toilets break seemly every other week, and while the maintenance team here is good, the materials used shouldn't be cheap enough that I need to keep calling them. But the worst part is definitely the management staff. They're incredibly rude, and incredibly controlling. First example, a couple weeks ago ...they had mandatory apartment "maintenance" inspections. They literally walked in, took a look around, and left. Presumably to see if anything needed maintenance, but realistically to see if we were being tidy tenants. And now they're doing ANOTHER inspection just two weeks later! I posted picture proof below. Second example, IF YOU HAVE KIDS DO NOT LIVE HERE. They have a rule that says that children can't play outside without parental supervision. Are you serious? Do I have to force my kids to stay inside while I'm at work? Can I not relax at home without forcing the kids to stay inside with me? Ludicrous.Property Manager Responded

Not worth the "new"-look if you are sensitive to sound pollution.
April 4, 2016I appreciate that the owners keep getting rid of bad managers, but after 3 managers over 9 months, potential issues re continuity concerned me. They seem to have loosened their restrictions on max number of people (and cars) per apartment and visual standards (like junk-filled balconies/porches, cars with expired tabs). The grounds are lovely and the development is pretty new, but there is zero noise insulation from above, below, and outside. I suggest you talk to some residents before choosing ...to live there. I guess it's ok
August 8, 2015Newer apartments with nice finishes. Stainless appliances and laminent floors. Very nicely done and very pretty. The grounds and amenities and well taken care of. Now to the nitty gritty. Whoever planned the parking should be fired. Multiple nights that I have had to park o the opposite side of the complex. And if you live n the first or second floor be prepared for the noise. As stated there are "wood" laminent floors that project every footstep, chair being pulled out or any thing touching the ...floor you hear. Forget about it if they wear shoes or have a pet walking around. The maintenance staff of top notch of anything breaks, they even. And in to change my air filters for me. So overall it's a very nice looking place to live and the staff is great. Parking and noise issues kinda suck. For the amount that I pay a month it would be nice not to hear my neighbors Every day.Property Manager Responded
