I have here since October 18, 2021. I have been lied to, there is no communication, every time it rains, I get water damage. It is a beautiful place. The people living here are nice. The property is nice. My only problem is Property Management isn't good at all. I would love to stay here. I have experienced 5 times when I rains, I get water damage. We are aware of your maintenance issue regarding the leak in your closet. We are working to explore all option to determine why the leak is occurring. We have inspected the roofing and gutters to ensure they are clean and intact for proper drainage. Our landscaping company is going to be inspecting the area around your unit to ensure that we have proper drainage in the area. If these actions do not correct the issue, we will consult with a foundation specialist to determine what other options we can explore to correct this issue.
