Poor Property Management
February 4, 2022I have here since October 18, 2021. I have been lied to, there is no communication, every time it rains, I get water damage. It is a beautiful place. The people living here are nice. The property is nice. My only problem is Property Management isn't good at all. I would love to stay here. I have experienced 5 times when I rains, I get water damage. Steven said he told me before I signed the lease that it would flood. That is a lie. Every time it rains, I have to move everything from the master ...bedroom and the closet so a guy can put a wet-vac to dry the carpet. I can't take it anymoreProperty Manager Responded

We are aware of your maintenance issue regarding the leak in your closet. We are working to explore all option to determine why the leak is occurring. We have inspected the roofing and gutters to ensure they are clean and intact for proper drainage. Our landscaping company is going to be inspecting the area around your unit to ensure that we have proper drainage in the area. If these actions do not correct the issue, we will consult with a foundation specialist to determine what other options we can explore to correct this issue. Don't believe them
September 1, 2021My wife and I were up front with them about our credit score and the fact that we had a recent bankruptcy. We were assured that they look at these on a case by case basis and we should apply. We believed him and went ahead an replied. They said our gross income needed to be 3 1/2 time the rent, which it is. Our take home pay would even meet that qualification. We are currently paying 200 dollars more a month where we are and were wanting something a little cheaper since our current ...apartment was going up considerably on their rent. I got a denial email stating that it was due to our poor credit score, the fact that we had no open credit and recent bankruptcy, which might have a little something to do with not having any open credit. Plus, not having any open credit accounts would mean that we have more money to go towards rent. I tried calling to see if I could appeal to the manager, who is the one that makes the decision. She didn't even have the decency to get on the phone with me. They are refunding the 150 dollars we put down to hold the apartment, but not the 75 dollar application fee. Had I known they only went by credit score, I would not have applied there and would still have my 75 dollars. So, if you are thinking of renting here, just let what they say go in one ear and out the other.Property Manager Responded

BEST place to call home!!
October 22, 2019I searched for over a year for a community that offered all I needed and Bailey Creek was the absolute best choice. The office staff is so kind and helpful, especially Kirsten the assistant manager. She showed me five different apartments when it was close to closing time and never once rushed me. The maintenance staff is prompt and always does a fantastic job. I plan to live here for a very long time and I thank everyone of the staff for making my stay here very enjoyable. Love the Apartment Complex
June 21, 2019Yes I've been there for 1 month and it has been a great experience. I moved down from Chicago and I was moving to the unknown but the crew at Bailey really made me feel at home and guided me the right direction. I had an issue with my dishwasher and maintenance was out there within the hour to make the rapairs (and he was very friendly).Property Manager Responded

Worst Management Ever.....
April 23, 2019Front office people will be very nice until you sign the lease. Even for small maintenance work they take weeks to come and check. Staff is not helpful at all. they will try to scam and change you extra when you try to end your lease. Apt are very old and dirty. they will show you some good clean apartment at first, but will say actual unit is not ready to show yet and at the end you will end up in dirty apartment.Property Manager Responded

Enjoying my new apartment home
January 12, 2019Have been here for three weeks. The staff has been great in helping me resolve my minor move in issues; usually resolved during the phone call or office visit. Got the washer hooked up within 30 minutes of delivery to the apartment. Within the first week, met all my neighbors in my building. Nice folks. Very quiet at night; reminds me of my former home neighborhood. Great location for shopping, restaurants and fitness.Property Manager Responded

Worse management!
March 1, 2018Worst staff ever... Zero maintenance, and ladies at Helpdesk are not at all cooperative. I am stuck for 12 months now, can’t do anything... would never suggest anyone to lease with these people. Also the apartment is old and even footsteps on the floor above are disturbing.
