June 24, 2025I keep getting constant emails about pet documents and insurance that I have sent over and over and over. Never get informed if something is fixed, but 20 emails for 'how did we do.'. Never got an answer about gate working. Charges for things that I shouldn't. Parking is an issue. Very little handicap, never have spaces near. Dogs constantly barking at all hours. Really like the apartment, just have some issues with communication.Property Manager Responded

June 12, 2025Move in experience went well. It’s a beautiful community and very well kept. We had an issue with the AC on day of move in. Maintenance was there within the hour. Condensation line was clogged. They had it back up and running with 5 minutes.Property Manager Responded
