Exceeds expectations
June 4, 2025Location: 10/10- close to everything you need but not too close to traffic Community: 10/10- great amenities, always clean and usually pretty quiet Apartments: 10/10- super modern and sleek, love the layout, well worth the money My boyfriend and I have lived here since May 2024, but our time at Bainbridge started even earlier than that. We both are pretty picky when it comes to apartments and although we fell in love this apartment community, we were indecisive. We had toured it half a dozen ...times to make sure we were making the right decision, went back and forth on 1 or 2 bedrooms, townhome or not, and Hailey was so understanding and sweet about our indecisiveness. Christina, the property manager had also taken me on a tour of different units so she could answer my questions. We eventually moved in and while we’ve had some setbacks- a couple bugs here and there, some dog poop left by residents- I can always go to Hailey and feel like my concerns are listened to and addressed by the community manager, Christina. Now, we’re resigning our lease and can’t wait to call Bainbridge our home for another year!Property Manager Responded
