        We have been here only a few months and we are very happy. The property is very pretty, modern and clean. Very close to everything we need and at the same time it is hidden from all the busy noise from the thriving Lake Nona Area. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful as well Looking forward to more great things and more great living.

      • Don't care about tenants

        February 6, 2023
        Do not rent here. They take no responsibility for anything on their property. When a security gate malfunctions and shuts on a vehicle and damages it. They take no responsibility as they say it's the responsibility of the Tennant. But they don't have to be responsible to make sure the gates are working properly. They want to enforce the lease agreement on this issue because it was their equipment that caused damage. But they don't enforce other lease agreement issues. Stay far away from this ...
        place. They do not care about the tenants.
