It is 580 square feet. The rent is $995 per month and the security deposit is $995.00 The unit has a new Amana washer and dryer, dishwasher, white Frigidaire electric range, white over the range microwave, garbage disposal, white Whirlpool refrigerator, breakfast bar, and PTAC air conditioning unit. The bedroom is decent size and it will accommodate a king size bed. It also has a large walk in closet. Both windows are double pane glass with new vertical blinds. All the rooms are painted in a neutral light gray color scheme. The bathroom has a tub, shower , American Standard toilet, 48" vanity, Waterpik shower massage head, and a Nutone ceiling exhaust fan with light and heater. Other amenities include 19 outdoor closed-circuit surveillance cameras and our new Bairsford Pavilion which includes a fire pit, picnic table, outdoor kitchen and barbeque area. It is perfectly located in a safe neighborhood near major freeways, with convenient access to I-70 and I-270. Dozens of fine eateries and shopping is minutes away. Walmart at Taylor Square in Reynoldsurg is 3 miles or 5 minutes away. Easton Mall is only 10 minutes away. You will have time to pursue your interests while enjoying maintenance free living. The owner is very disrespectful
August 5, 2023I have been wanting to write a review for some years, but the same owner is still there, and let me tell you. He is one of the most disrespectful human I have ever encountered living an in apartment. He never gave 24 hour notice about decor He just threw it away. The apartment managers wanted me to.keep quiet and I was afraid to speak up back then so I didn't anything. When there was mold on the windows he didn't treat it, he just WIPED if with clorox. Still waiting to get my dryer to work correctly after 2 years! Horrible!
September 19, 2022My dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry my clothes which is making my electric bill high. Been trying to get resolved but they keep giving me the run around for the 2 years I've lived here then now the charging me $30 more in rent. Also, seen roaches in my apartment. Harassing
June 7, 2021People smoke weed in the parking lot all the time. People that don’t smoke in the parking lot get harassed but the people that actually DO don’t get said anything to so I think if you haven’t stayed here long, you’ll get harassed about everything you do. You’ll get random calls saying they think you’re moving out when there’s zero signs of such. Nice place but if you want some nosy neighbors that have nothing better to do than to sit outside & talk loudly, this is the place for you.Review from Apartments.com
Decent for the Price
August 19, 2015If you are willing to live in a neighborhood that isn't the nicest, the apartments are big for the price. Some crime, and lots of activity, but police are around often, so I feel safe as long as I'm not walking alone outside at night. Plenty of parking. Maintenance is horrible though, when you put in a maintenance request it can take weeks sometimes if it's not an emergency. The pool isn't bad, it's 10 feet which most apartment pools aren't. But it means there needs to be a lifeguard, and they ...only hired one so pool hours are short, in addition to opening late in the summer and closing before Labor Day. The office is very hard to get ahold of, never returns calls, and is always busy. Seems like rent is a different price every month, and even if I pay the amount on the bill I get a notice saying I was $20 or $15 short. The walls and cabinets are an ugly color, and you're kind of stuck with them, so if you want to decorate you have to work with the color scheme they have. I would much rather just have white walls. As I said before the apartments are a decent price for the space given, and there are many floor plans and amenities to chose from depending on how much your'e willing to pay. Electric apartments are standard, but you can choose to add gas, washer dryer hookups, or central air. My two bedroom apartment only has electric, and two wall A/C units (one in the main bedroom and one in the living room). So if you don't mind living in an okay neighborhood and can don't mind that it isn't the nicest looking place, then it's not a bad place to live. Great for starter apartment because you don't need a rental history or credit as long as you can prove you make enough to pay for it.Property Manager Responded
October 9, 2017I believe you have our apartment complex confused with some other one. Number 1, we dont have a pool. Number 2, our maintenance staff is onsite. We only have 40 units, and any service requests are usually handled the same day, unless parts needed have to be ordered. Number 3, all our units are all electric one bedroom and one bath, all have the exact same floor plan, and we do not have a gas utility option. Number 4, all our units have washers and dryers.
