Nice, quiet and resort like!
July 13, 2020We moved into Bal Harbour at the end of February 2020. We intended on staying for the full 13 month lease, but we found a home we couldn’t pass up. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities! The pool is fabulous and the staff maintains very clean grounds and respond the maintenance requests very quickly. We have a Lakeview Apartment and can see the pool from the bedroom and the lanai. High Class
September 6, 2016I lived here between January 2014 to February 2015. The complex is extremely quiet which is awesome. Neighbors were always friendly and staff never gave me problems. I loved that the community was gated and had a nice sized pond. There is a pool and gym also. You have a Publix within walking distance and it's very easy to get to East Bay or Ulmerton. November 20, 2015I lived here for almost 2years and I've always loved coming home to my beautiful property.when I first moved in the manager Ashley went out of her way to make sure I felt at home! All staff strive to keep the riff raff out,and keep the property well maintained. I had my hot water heater go out and Amber the other rental agent had me a new hot water heater the next day, thanks so much! Living In Paradise
July 23, 2015I love living in my Tropical little Paradise! Even though I live in FL, I never need to leave my complex because I live on the waterfront with all of nature surrounding me with the beautiful water fountains and the tropical pool with BBQ grills & jacuzzi and palm trees all over. A 24 hour gym. 2 Tennis courts, volleyball & workout outdoor stops plus it's a gated community so I feel safe living here.
