October 31, 2024Convenient for my temporary needs while living in my preferred community of Meridiana. The units are of contemporary design and functional with all modern appliances, including in unit washer and dryer. However, these are very expensive units. I must flip the breaker on the box located outside my unit every single time I want to use the dryer. This is a safety hazard concern with defective breaker boxes in multiple units, including mine. I must wait for builder to contact electrical contractor to ...have breaker box replaced and there is no estimated time for repair to take place. Also, I do not have a designated garbage can upon move-in. They do offer exterminator service biweekly upon request, and you will need the service with all the ants and spiders in the area. They also perform lawn maintenance. They have a pool, small off leash dog park, and on site small gym.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
