May 23, 2020We have now lived at Ballantyne Commons for six months and what a wonder experience it has been! Management and maintenance have been very responsive to our requests and we're treated with dignity and respect. We especially enjoy the upscale and polish look of the apartment complete with crown molding, granite countertops and ample storage. Our patio faces the large retention pond and it has been delightful to watch all the crotters--birds, woodchucks, rabbits, chipmonks, etc. We are in our early ...sixties as well as most of the residents in our building! It's very quiet here. We refer to it as similar to the grand independent living places but without the cafeteria! Did I mention the large gas grills and fire pit?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 8, 2019The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the entire property is well maintained. A full time maintenance crew addresses all needs promptly and thoroughly. A grounds crew mows and maintains landscaping weekly. The fill-time office staff is friendly and helpful, urging residents to stop in for coffee or just say hi. The large pool is clean and wonderful. We are a retired couple who moved here in 2018, and we continually marvel how quiet and friendly this complex is. Also, we enjoy the ...regularly-scheduled activities for residents— pool parties, Halloween events, food trucks, etc. We love it here!!!Property Manager Responded
