We moved into these apartments and had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly. We made a request and in the same day the request for maintenance was fulfilled and fridge fixed.
A few days later, we had issues with the air-conditioning not working properly. The request was made on a Sunday evening for fixing it. It was fixed by Monday early morning.
We are super happy with how fast and kind the staff are when issues arise. It is nice to know that the maintenance is so quick to ...

This is the most wonderful apartment complex. Living here means you are within walking distance from Starbucks, nail salons and a variety of dining options. They have excellent amenities that they are always adding on to. The pool area is absolute heaven. It’s never too crowded, there is a plethora of seating options and they recently added 2 more grills and a pergola which is great. Jacob and Laurel are fantastic at maintenance and keep the pool pristine and complete work orders very quickly. ...
Marcus and Music in the leasing office are so friendly and helpful anytime I have a question. You are also within walking distance of the Trash Pandas stadium. If you purchase your tickets online, you can use the back entrance which is really close to the apartments. This also eliminates having to pay for parking. Overall, this place is wonderful.

They truly have a resort style pool. Tropical plants, fountains, sundeck, pavilion, and it is salt water. We can walk to 13 different places to eat. The office staff is friendly, and the maintenance team is great.

After a week long visit to my Brother at Ballpark Apts. @ Town Madison, I absolutely Loved the place, the entire staff and the residents were very friendly, the apartment my brother lives in was very spacious and modern, the property was well kept, we were within walking distance of numerous awesome place to eat as well as a minor league baseball stadium! Have been thinking about moving to this area and If I do i will definitely be applying for an apartment here!

We love living here! We are literally only 4 minutes walking distance to 6 restaurants ( J Alexander, Prohibition and Edgar’s ), 9 fast food (Super Chix, Panera Bread, Five Guys etc), and easy access to Gate 7 to the Arsenal.

Nice enough apartment in a great location. Numerous drawbacks. Routinely smelt of marijuana. Paid for “valet” trash that was often not picked up. Management is downright unresponsive at times - not answering phone calls or responding to messages via their Resident Portal. Arbitrary move out charges. Was once falsely accused of having a pet in my residence. Convinced they had to have mistaken my Roomba for a cat.
