August 11, 2025I love living here. It’s quiet, beautiful, clean, and everything is friendly and professional. It’s brand new and you can tell they put a lot of effort into the design. My unit was designed so well, with built in storage and cabinets everywhere. I barely need any other furniture which is great. Very pet friendly, great gym, great rooftop (no pool but that doesn’t bother me), and many lounging areas. It also feels VERY safe!Review from Apartments.com

Water smells pretty bad
March 20, 2025I wish I could recommend this building, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Since the start of my lease, the water in my apartment has had a persistent foul/bad/rotten eggish smell—whether it’s the shower, sink, kitchen sink, or laundry machine. I first reported this issue 10 weeks ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, the problem remains unresolved. Management initially told me to run the water for a few hours—didn’t work. Then they said to run it for days—still didn’t work. ...Not only is this an incredibly wasteful solution, but it also highlights their complete lack of urgency. Responses take days, and I’ve had to follow up multiple times. Even after CC’ing the regional manager, she has never responded to a single email. Someone from the management team came to my apartment, smelled the water, and confirmed there was an odor. I’ve also had multiple friends visit and notice the same issue. Yet, nothing has been done to fix it. They claim the smell is due to the building being “new construction,” but it opened last summer, so that excuse doesn’t hold up. They also told me that as more tenants move in, the smell is “expected,” and if I leave for a few days, I should anticipate the water smelling again when I return. If you want to deal with water that smells, then this is the place for you. If not, stay away at all costs. TBH not worth the hassle.Property Manager Responded
