    An excellent place to live. The facilities are well kept up and the clubhouse/ work out room area is a great feature to have. The gazebo and the pond are a wonderful area to relax by in the summer and fall times of year!

    I have lived in 2 other Apartment complexes and 3 Condo developments but nothing comes even close to how Balsam place is maintained and the on site management staff of Olivia and Sarah are the best. They are always there to help. Balsam place is also the cleanest complex I have ever lived in.

    Living here makes you feel special. It is like being in a different world. Due to my health problems, I do not get to go places, and actually living here there is not much need to go out other than the grocery store.
