September 7, 2025I have lived in 2 other Apartment complexes and 3 Condo developments but nothing comes even close to how Balsam place is maintained and the on site management staff of Olivia and Sarah are the best. They are always there to help. Balsam place is also the cleanest complex I have ever lived in.Review from Apartments.com
