Great Location!
December 17, 2021I work for the hospital and the location is great for a short commute and short term lease options! Maintenance is great and very friendly, I've only one issue and it was fixed right away. I recommend living here!Review from Apartments.com

December 14, 20211. After one year lease, the monthly rental fee has dramatically increased without one year continuous contract. Also penalty for the broken contract fees are extremely higher than other place. Be careful before sign the leasing contract. 2. Cooling and heating changes are not efficient. One month freezing in winter, and one month sweating in summer. Also one time heating system had broken. Almost for ever. You need cooling fan or warming fan in each room. 3. Washer and Dryer are broken ...several times,and the manager said repaired next week. But never happens. You might need go to coin Landry place. 4. Parking lots bar had broken several months, not repaired. Not safe parking space. Street parking is allowed. but so much traffic. Cars could be safe? 5. Trashes are sometimes full. Difficult to trash some. 6. New Manager could not be professional. Smile good though. 7. Even renovation, window could not seal the cold wind. December 7, 2021We love living here, the staff is great, the maintenance guys are great. We have dogs, and have had them at other apartments, but the Bancroft is by far the best situation we have been in with them. We are looking forward to renewing our lease here!Review from Apartments.com
Luxury Apartment in a changing neighborhood
July 20, 2015The Bancroft Luxury Apartments are very beautiful. They are newly renovated, well maintained, and overall are a good value for the money. There are some nice neighbors here. Many young professionals and medical students. There is a bar and coffee shop in the building which is a nice convenience. The only negative is that the neighbor currently does not offer much amenities. It is very close to the Saginaw river and a few local restaurants, but the neighborhood is still developing.Review from Apartments.com
