Long time resident
July 1, 2025I moved to Banita Creek Apartments in 2005 and have lived here ever since. I am currently renting a two bedroom unit but have also rented a one bedroom over the years. The apartments are reasonably priced and spacious with great floor plans. The outside areas, patios and pool are lovely and our neighbors are kind and friendly. The current office staff is wonderful; very helpful, fair and professional- sending timely reminders about rent, pest control and any other maintenance items. I can’t say ...enough good things about the maintenance crew! They respond to requests very quickly and are great at what they do. They fix the problem correctly the first time - that has been my experience over the last twenty years. Horrible Management
May 27, 2022If I could give less stars I would. Lived there for a year and the AC and heater broke within a few months. I called multiple times and sent emails I was told someone would come fix it but no one showed up. You’ll get emails saying if it isn’t above 78 outside don’t call them to fix it. My apartment stayed anywhere from 80-85 the last few months I lived there. Management is hardly in the office and are rude if you do talk to them. If they show up it’s for maybe 3 hours a few days a week. I ...wouldn’t recommend this place at all. If they had better management it would be a nice quiet place to live.Property Manager Responded
