December 8, 2025I have lived here for over three years, and unfortunately, nothing has improved things have only gotten worse. The issues I’ve mentioned are the reason I will not be renewing my lease. While the current concierge is better than recent ones, and the presence of security staff is reassuring, the only consistently positive interactions are with the security team and the cleaning crew. Everyone else remains difficult to reach or engage with, which adds to the overall lack of community and support ...in this building.Property Manager Responded

Not because of management but because of elements such as : the difference in quality of living expectations from certain neighbors.
