Only issue is my upstairs neighbors. I’ve had to call the curfew officer and express my frustration through email to the complex. Seems like nothing is getting done or the neighbor just does not care. The neighbor stomps so loud the fans and lights shake and this goes on at all hours during day and night

Apartments are very nice and the community is very welcoming. The stairways are dirty and need a good sweep and the floors had some big scratches when we moved in, but the place is functional and we love it so far.

Worth every bit of what ask for rent and more. Me and my family are floored how elegant this place is. We feel like each and everyday we are on vacation and love that feeling. The move in process was smooth and the apartment is beautiful. The only thing is that the upstairs tenants are extremely loud at all hours every day and you can hear everything from the surrounding units.
