These apartments have been beautiful since the first time I came to look at them. They are well-kept and wonderfully maintained. I'm transferring from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom because I realized the three-bedroom is too big for me. Every day, there's a guy who picks up trash from residents and meticulously touches up paint, including painting the speed bumps. If you have a maintenance request, they are quick to fix the problem. I read many of the negative reviews, and they are far from the truth. I'm proud to live here, so I wanted to leave an honest review. The gates were non-working for a couple of weeks because residents had hit them with their cars. I'm glad they installed a camera to find out who is damaging the gate, and they had brand new gates fabricated. They are also replacing roofs, and the property is always immaculate. They use Orkin, and I have never seen an insect or pest in my house. As for mold claims in the reviews, we live in Florida where humidity is high, so it's important to leave fans on after showering. I have never had a mold issue, but if I did, they would come right out and fix it. This is a wonderful, beautiful place to live. It’s also very safe in here cameras everywhere.
