Great people

December 9, 2024I've lived here over 10 years through many changes and challenges in my life. The staff takes care of you and helps you feel at home. It's wonderful, too, that the property has beautiful trees in place unlike some of the new builds that chop them all down. Wonderful place to live!

It's a safe and fun environment to be in, all of the events bring all of the residents together. If there are any issues maintenance responds quickly. Great place to live!
July 31, 2024I’ve lived at Banyan Bay for three years now and love it! The amenities are great and never overly crowded. The dog park is great and everyone I have met is super friendly. The staff is also awesome, they always make me feel like a priority when I have questions or concerns. Anytime I go into the office I am always greeted with a smile! Superior Living!
July 30, 2024Banyan Bay has been home to me for several years now, and I have been in a one-, two-, and now three-bedroom apartments. All of them have been wonderful. Between the location, the amenities, the neighbors (who are 99% of the time great), and most importantly the staff. The staff are friendly, responsive, and set realistic expectations. They don't promise the world and under deliver. They deliver what they say and provide superior services. The maintenance team (the few times I have required their ...help) have been responsive and efficient. In and out, and they fix the problem the first time (but as I said, my need for them is far and few between). I was looking for a house but my experience at Banyan Bay has been so stellar that I have postponed purchasing a house and staying here. Thank you Banyan Bay Team for being great! I highly recommend Banyan Bay if you're looking for an apartment!Property Manager Responded

I have lived here since June of 2023
July 6, 2024These apartments have been beautiful since the first time I came to look at them. They are well-kept and wonderfully maintained. I'm transferring from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom because I realized the three-bedroom is too big for me. Every day, there's a guy who picks up trash from residents and meticulously touches up paint, including painting the speed bumps. If you have a maintenance request, they are quick to fix the problem. My apartment looks more like a condo than an apartment—it's ...beautifully updated. The office staff and maintenance team are top-notch. I read many of the negative reviews, and they are far from the truth. I'm proud to live here, so I wanted to leave an honest review. The gates were non-working for a couple of weeks because residents had hit them with their cars. I'm glad they installed a camera to find out who is damaging the gate, and they had brand new gates fabricated. They are also replacing roofs, and the property is always immaculate. They use Orkin, and I have never seen an insect or pest in my house. As for mold claims in the reviews, we live in Florida where humidity is high, so it's important to leave fans on after showering. I have never had a mold issue, but if I did, they would come right out and fix it. This is a wonderful, beautiful place to live. It’s also very safe in here cameras everywhere. Great community and sweet staff!
May 6, 2024I’ve lived at Banyan Bay for a couple years now, the girls in the office were so sweet. They put a lot of effort into the community. It always looks so nice. I love bringing my friends here because they always end up wanting to tour with the girls and some of them have already leased. They also give resident referrals, which is super nice. The maintenance team seems to be really attentive, they always take care of my work orders within the same day. Great place to call home!Property Manager Responded

An amazing place to call home!
