December 12, 2025DO NOT MOVE HERE — UNPROFESSIONAL & MISLEADING PRACTICES (NO STARS) I was approved for unit 1204 with a December 1, 2025 move-in date. I was instructed to bring in $670, which I did, but I was never given the apartment. They stopped answering my calls and emails after taking my application money. They repeatedly changed the move-in date for nearly a week, and then told me two hours before my scheduled move-in time that the apartment was not available. Abigail, Raquel, Natalie, and Lane were ...extremely unprofessional throughout this entire process. They were fully aware that I was relocating from Pennsylvania to League City, yet still misled me about the unit’s readiness. They even told me face-to-face that the unit would be ready by Friday at 5 PM. Then on Friday at 3:48 PM, they called and said it still wasn’t ready. They refused to offer a hotel stay, a lease, or any reasonable solution after causing major inconvenience and stress. The property itself does not look anything like the photos online. Many of the buildings look run-down. Windows appear old and dirty, balconies on multiple units are filled with trash, toys, and indoor furniture, and many blinds are destroyed and look terrible. September 7, 2024I’ve lived here around 4 months with my young children. It has been nothing but issues. We moved in thinking the carpets snuck due to previous tenants. With the hurricane is revealed water was soaking the carpets. Now with the heavy rainfall my entire apt is water damaged. Walls are caving. There is black mold coming through. November 28, 2023In some areas it’s nice . Management is worse than it was before.. I’ve been here for 3+ years and this yr was the worst. Can’t get them to fix anything. It’s been a few months now and I still have a whole on the roof in my kitchen. Bathroom floor has been longer. They won’t fix it. Roaches are the worst here. Since we got this new lady in, it’s just been excuse after excuse. But when I want to renew my lease, they’re going to increase my rent. New management sucks
October 16, 2023Please save yourself time and money. They’re cheap for a reason, everything is old and falling apart. The fridge hasn’t worked in 3 weeks and they’ve tried fixing it but nothing works. They should just replace it but no. Also there’s so many roaches no matter how much I clean. So much improvement
September 21, 2023I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now and it has improved so much with the new manager they have in the office!! The pool has been the cleanest it has ever been and my kids have so much fun there now since I can see them swim to the bottom. The new maintenance men have been doing there best to get everything back up and running from the last ones we had. I'm happy to say we are staying another year here and the plus side it's so close to the school so I can either walk or drive my kid ...to school depending on what they want to do. So much improvement!!!
September 21, 2023Since the management has changed so much improvement has happened! The maintenance men she brought in actually know how to fix things and are constantly working to make the property better. The pool has been fixed after my 2 years of being here and you can confidently get in without questioning the water quality. They are constantly working on improving the laundry room and keeping everything in running condition. Couldn't ask for a better home!
September 21, 2023I've only been living in Texas for 2 years but out of my past 3 apts I got in Texas id say I finally found a place I can call home! The people here Ive met since I moved in have been more then welcoming now I'm from Louisiana so I know hospitality but I couldn't ask for a better place to start my family! Anytime I had a problem with my apartment the response time was within the day the staff here are super friendly and always with a smile and ready to help all their tenants with no delay! Infestations and poor maintenance
September 20, 2023Management is quick to fine you for little things but don't take complaints seriously. They can complain about furniture in your yard, but the girl with the big dog can walk it around without a leash and without picking up its droppings with no reprocussions. Maintanence doesn't properly fix issues, and will come in look at the issue just to say "it's fine" when it isn't. Roach infestations are atrocious, no matter how clean your apartment is. "Pest control" barely sprays, so it makes 0 ...difference. Management used to be great when Martha was here, these new ladies dont answer the phone and arent in office during posted hours. Rent somewhere else
June 5, 2023Save your money and time and move somewhere else. The roaches are BAD, not all of the outlets worked, and any time I made a service request maintenance wouldn't listen to me. The last 6 months of my lease I had broken appliances because management wouldn't replace the appliances, they would just send maintenance out for him to say they worked fine. You would think since the owners check on the property every once in a while, that older apartments would have appliances changed out/fixed. Nope.
