There are young parents, singles and seniors living among us. The staff is very accommodating to the needs of the residents. The community itself offers several amenities, including a beautiful pool, a gym, a dog park and a playground for children. It's very dog-friendly. (Just ask "Sherman", my English Springer Spaniel). One of my favorite things... this ...community is within arms-reach of convenient shopping in Porter's Neck. After owning a home in Dutchess county, NY for 43 years, I feel like I am in Heaven now renting beautiful home down here in NC in this beautiful community. Randy W. The overall construction was done quickly and is poor quality. The creation of the units feels careless. I would never recommend someone live here.

Any maintenance issues are handled very timely and professionally. There is even a sense of proactiveness from the maintenance crew to take care of issues before the tenants bring them up. I like it here.

March 31, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMy roommates and I were one of the only ones (if not THE only) to take advantage of a promotion where we got 7 weeks free rent after applying within 24 hours of touring -- that, along with apartment style amenities, fenced in yards, all new appliances, a garage, in unit washer/dryer, and so many other things made Banyan Silo Ridge a no brainer for us. It's affordable, convenient but quiet, and the staff has been super helpful for any maintenance requests or questions!
