Great Place to Live
March 15, 2024Barbary Knolls is a great place to live. The surrounding trails and parks are 2nd to none. You will be in good hands with the Management team of Art and Kelly with Hornig Properties. When my air conditioner failed it was replaced within one day. The maintainance and upkeep here, along with the surroundings make for high quality of life.Review from Apartments.com

I enjoy living here
March 24, 2018I've lived here for about five years and it's been good... with new ownership I believe it's going to be even better. Stay away from this place!
March 6, 2018They will charge extra for everything you can imagine once you try to move out. They would do their best to interfiere with your ability to rent other place. Please read the reviews from other websites and you would see that I’m not laying! They always delete the bad reviews from here! Be careful with this people!!!Property Manager Responded

A nice place to live!
May 9, 2017We lived at Barbary Knoll for 6 years and will return one day when we are ready to down-size. Our children were born there and we moved to a house when our 3rd child arrived. The apartments are spacious, the closets are huge, and it was a safe, quiet place to call home. The kids loved the playground right behind the building too. The staff was always friendly and helpful whenever there was a need. It was nice to have a garage included with the rent, as most places charged extra for this.
