Has gone downhill
January 1, 2023I have lived here for 5 years. It used to be a beautiful place to live. A new conglomerate called northland has taken it over and they are doing a poor job of managing the apartments. The pool heaters have been broke for the last 3 winters. The clubhouse upstairs is unusable after 5 PM. Anything that breaks down take 6 months to a year to repair. Garbage pick up and the dumpster leave a lot to be desired... I would check this place completely before you decide to rent here.Property Manager Responded

Not Luxury
July 18, 2022Not a safe community. We (residents) have contacted JPD and even went to Barcelona directly regarding drugs being sold throughout the community to residents, using their public wifi as connection and communication, selling drugs to the neighboring community and next to Culver’s and the doctors office. Both Barcelona and JPD are familiar with the individuals and issues with no action. Barcelona says they are “working on getting ownership of the apartment”. Now the drug users are sleeping on their ...outside porch. They haven’t had electricity or AC for about a month. I have videos and recordings of individuals high walking around the community and distributing outside my home. I have found nasal Narcan (didn’t know that existed) with different lot numbers littered on the ground. I come home to occasionally finding police taking people out on stretchers due to ODing. Last time I asked Katherine and The Manager to please help call the cops- we don’t feel safe, they didn’t even pick Up the phone. Barcelona cannot guarantee a safe community. JPD encourages the phone calls, but will not write a police report. These individuals walk around the breezeway, but being that it’s “public domain” they cannot do anything. It’s scary coming home, having strangers outside your house, people nodding off high on drugs and your community doing nothing about it. Luxury price with no security or safety. The lack of sense of urgency is alarming. I wouldn’t want my children here.Property Manager Responded

BEST Place in Town
April 3, 2017I have lived all over Jupiter both in private rentals and apartment complexes and I can honestly say there is not a more accommodating place to live than Barcelona. They make it so easy for you. The apartments are beautifully designed and the amenities are like no other. The clubhouse equip with a kitchen, pool tables and 10 flat screen tvs, the gym is state of the art, the pool resort style, outside pavilion for barbecuing and parties , playground, dog park, basketball park and walking path are ...just some perks to name a few. I am coming up on my 3rd renewal and there is just no other place that even comes close. Since the owners changed hands its been just as lovely as it was before. The staff is always helpful no matter what you need. Brandi the manager is friendly, personable and goes above and beyond for you. And you couldn't ask for a more efficient, friendly and trusting maintenance department. It is dogs friendly and child friendly as well as accommodating for singles and retirees. New Home
July 20, 2015I moved here few months ago. Love the location close to beach, shopping and great restaurants. This apartment community has so much to offer. Yoga, Boot Camp, outstanding gym. Pool area is do relaxing with hammocks to enjoy in shade, barbecue area for cooking out with new and old friends. Beautiful landscaping with a lake to walk around with the dog. The staff is wonderful and everyone is so nice here. It's a nice quite, relaxing community. I am so glad I found this place to call home.Review from Apartments.com
