I been living here for 4 months I will say this you can hear everything that’s going on as soon as people come in the hallway to the apartment. You can hear when a person move around in the apartment When they on the phone everything . There is no privacy at all.

It seems like you're guaranteed to have a leak or other maintenance issue as it gets colder. The buildings are old and have no insulation between floors.

January 9, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI moved in ans immediately had a flea infestation from day one. Then roaches. then mices to deal with in a new empty apartment with new carpets. Since then its been down hill. I wouldn't recommend this place to any family. 3 months in and I regret not reading the bad reviews They have online. Save yourself the trouble. I had to get rid of furniture due to the flea infestation. The maintenance team cant keep up with all the leaks and maintenance issues. the electrical is outdated. cant run a vacum ...and a hair dryer in different rooms bc the fuse will blow. or anything like a wall heater.Read More
