Barclay Square Is the best Bloomington has to offer for the price
August 24, 2015Barclay Square is a quiet respectful community of neighbors, shaded by mature flora and nestled discreetly away from the hustle and bustle of it's near down-town location. The property is beautiful, The tenants make for fantastic neighbors and the maintenance staff is respectful and privacy minded. I've been at Barclay Square for almost 4 years. In that course of time I have needed maintenance services several times for issues ranging from an up-stairs water leak, to washer dryer re-pair (W/D ...provided in unit), to a wiggle in the screen door handle and an exploding garbage disposal. Each time, I was able to request the service on line from my phone and they repair was completed the next day at the latest. The on-line services are fantastic and make rent payment and lease signing a dream. Over all I highly recommend Barclay Square.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Barclay Place is well worth the wait
July 31, 2015Barclay Place is quiet, clean and safe. The maintence folks are polite and curdious, they respond very quickly to requests (had my washing machine fixed in 3hrs once, and it was a major repair). Pet friendly, kid friendly. Old growth landscaping provides shade and privacy. All around it's been a dream.Review from Apartments.com
