Mice
May 7, 2022It's nice place close to shopping centers, however insects. The worrying part is mice, get ready for mice race, they are full in the apartments. They would be playing hide and seek with you. Now my hall smell horrible but I can't figure out where did Mr mice passed away?Property Manager Responded

Can't decorate
August 5, 2015The kitchen is too thin, the bathroom is small and is already decorated in the way they would want it, meaning you can't do a thing. The tiles look and are terrible. They easily chip and it doesn't match with anything. The color is super drab. Hope this helps.Review from Apartments.com

Too many bugs
August 2, 2015The apartements are completely full of insects. I have called exterminators so many times, that I have them all on speed dial. But none can help. These places are an entire breeding ground for these insects and they just won't go away. Don't come here if you can't stand insects.Review from Apartments.com
Great Apartment
July 30, 2015The apartment that I currently has its ups and downs. Pros are that it has plenty of spacial area with 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, and a great kitchen. It's next to great shopping centers where it is easy to get your weekly groceries. The structure of the apartment is very sound and even after 4 years, I have not needed to fix a single wall nor wires in the walls. However, there are problems. A great problem is that there are a large quantity of insects that gather on the 1st, 2nd, and occasionally, the ...3rd floor. However, just keeping every corner of the place clean should help, but its size can make it harder. We have had to deal with cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Another problem is that all apartments have carpet. But it's not in just a room and it's not short carpet. The strands of carpet are extremely long, and the carpet goes from the apartment door to the corners of a room. This could hold a problem to those with problems breathing and could also be a place for smaller insects to gather. My final con is that there cannot be any kinds of major changes made to walls or floors without fines. It's not the best place to live, but it's really nice if you are a great organizer.
