Bardin Greene Apartments has a very up to date look on the outside of the community. The paint and archetectures looks fresh and up to date. The pool has a nice grill that they just opened up for Memorial Day. I have been enjoying walking to their workout center because they have big beautiful tall pine trees and walking paths. I have already reached out to management and office staff. When my lease came up for renewal I actually walked in the office wanting to renew but needed some reassurance of some ongoing issues needing to be taken care of . The first thing that came out of them was “ you do not have to renew “. So I did not !

The apartment staff NEVER reply when you have an issue unless you go in person. They do not reply to messages through the portal and they don't return calls when a voicemail is left. They will literally avoid answering the phone. This is the worst communication I've ever dealt with. Over a week and a few messages, I still have no reply to the complaint I made of my new neighbors leaving trash everywhere. This time they poured candle wax all over my porch, the stairwell, the walkway and my ...

These apartments are in a great location close to the highway and shopping. There is also an awesome shopping center across the street Arlington Highlands. The apartments are quite nice. We lived in a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom. They are well designed, lots of storage space. The pool is nice and the grounds are usually well kept. We liked the office staff and they were always having socials for the residents. They knew us by name and we felt like it was truly a home. The trash dumpster can get out ...
