For the past 5 years, I have been a resident at Baric Commons. Over the years the property has changed and gone through a few management changes. The Current Property Manager is amazing and Godsend. Some individuals may not like the fact that she does her job, but I appreciate it. Whenever there is an issue or I need something repaired maintenance is usually on the job within 48 hours. There are a lot of younger people moving in which wasn't the case in the beginning. The noise level with all the ...
children has increased, but hopefully with the new school year that may decrease. One thing for sure is that since the new property manager the late-night outside noise has stopped.

My apartment is a nice size for a two bedroom. It also have a nice view you can watch the children enjoy themselves it isnt the best area but it is pretty safe neighborhood.

Baric properties or Baric commons are good for young adults, they are not good with mantance. Field mice are bad in the winter and summer months but they will work with you with late rent payments.
