The property manager, Matt, is helpful with assisting interested parties to pursue living arrangements at Barrington Apartments. He takes the time to explain the process and takes a genuine interest in any needs or concerns of a potential resident.
I was on a waiting list and Matt kept me informed and updated as to the move in date.
The apartment does have an updated kitchen, hardwood flooring, and carpeting.
I did not rate a 5 out of 5 because the rent increase (not the advertised price) ...
did not include a complete bathroom update. However, the rent still averages a little lower compared to other locations. Definitely get a nice place for the price at Barrington Apartments.

Very professional management. They are very comprehensive. I had a water flush in my unit a couple of weeks ago and I can tell I am surprised by the amazing repairs they did in just a few days. They put in a new carpet and a new floor in the bathroom and utility rooms. Matthew is one of the most impressive property managers I have ever seen. His communication is outstanding. He kept me updated about everything during the entire repair period.

Office staff great, quiet, very cute. Only prob is that cleaners that clean for move in aren't good at all, spent a great deal of time cleaning & having things re-cleaned. Maintenance left fridge off & it smelled so badly & had to buy deodorizers & had leave open for two days & lost food & had to replace at my cost, fridge was very dirty & had to re-clean several areas & just decided to replace several pieces they were so dirty. Mary in office is great though & very accommodating.

I love this apartment because, number one each unit looks like little cottages with your own little yard and patio. It is very quiet and pet friendly and has all the ameneties you need. It is like having a house without owning it. management is great and always on the job when repairs to my unit is needed. The greens is always kept manicured as the grounds of barrington appartment are kept clean. Yes i would recommend living here, l love it

I personally really like my apartment. The location is nice I have everything around me that I can think of. And it's quiet for the most part aside from a little traffic noise. The apartments aren't really big but for the price and the neighborhood I like it.
