Great place to live with children
July 13, 2025Barrington Parc is an excellent place to live. I have been a resident for several years and appreciate raising my children in a safe environment. The new management team at Barrington Parc has done a fantastic job maintaining our complex, making it clean and up to date. Bed bugs!
January 2, 2024They have bed bugs and roaches. The roaches will crawl on you during the night. Sometimes during the day. A ton of illegal activity goes on here. Shootings, drug deals, hit and runs, constant loud commotion outside, juveniles out at all hours destroying personal property. Terrible place to go!!!!!!! They will inspect your apartment at least once a month but do nothing about the horrible tenants and bugsProperty Manager Responded

Nasty place
May 31, 2022They don't fix anything. The lot is trashed half of the time because the garbage people don't pick up so residents have to leave trash by dumpster. Kids vandalize property. They don't know how to post payments correctly. They lost ours for a month before they found it. Don't live here. Not worth what they are asking for.Review from Apartments.com

March 16, 2020I have lived here for 3 years everything has been fine until 8 months ago. They can not keep a property manager. They will not repair anything. They will never answer their phones you have to physically go to the office and when you do they are rude and say it will be fixed by maintenance and the maintenance man never shows up. They have not paid for pest control in 3 months. They will harass you about your rent and send eviction letters saying you have 7 days to move if you have not paid. I have ...always paid my rent and they said they put my money order in another persons account. This has been more than a headache we are moving ASAP!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Molded and Flooded Apartments
February 12, 2020It’s one apartment that I’ve lived in because I don’t get any help that I need and I’ve became disabled while living here. Due to the horrible molded walls and maintenance. No Landlords or No Owner of these Apartments who will come forward to making sure all tenants that needs assistance. It’s awful and I refuse to live here after these apartments were beautiful.
