Nice looking from a distance but don’t look too hard.
March 18, 202430 year old rentals with a face lift. Very nice looking but the age shows after living in them. Builders grade materials that were installed with a measure once cut twice approach. Heating cooling, plumbing, and electric are always breaking, and the common areas like the tennis court and dog park are in a state of constant neglect. Overall the units get the job done for the price in todays market, but don’t expect a luxury apartment feel when you move in.Property Manager Responded

May 28, 2019I have lived here for close to a year now and am releasing. The staff has changed hands and the new management is beyond wonderful. They have worked and helped me with every problem that I’ve had in a timely manner, going above and beyond. While before my problems would get ignored and pushed to the side. This place is super pet friendly, and the community is very nice. The apartment renovation is wonderful, everything is new and modern. The place is spacious and the grounds are beautiful. Excited to Move In

Great Place
February 26, 2019Not only is this place great to live at. The location is perfect! Two minutes from Crocker Park is the best. The Barrington is very Pet friendly and offers newly renovated modern style type of living, with amenities all in one place. A new workout room is being renovated as we speak which i cannot wait for. The pool to the tennis court and the dog parks. Everything is in one spot you do not even have to leave your apartment complex to have a good time. Great Place to Live
March 19, 2018The Barrington Place Apartments have it all! These apartments by far are the best apartments I ever stayed in. The staff is amazing especially Linda she is so sweet, Maintnence gets the job handled the same day you contact them that’s a plus. I love the fact I’m by 90 I work downtown and that’s perfect. Needless to say the restaurants and shopping mall is so close. If you have kids the school system here is awesome. I plan on staying here for awhile.Property Manager Responded

Good Solid Place to Live - Will get better soon!
September 12, 2017Overall, I love living here and the new management staff. I actually get return p/call from the new manager / office staff and they are much more professional than the other two ladies that really didn't do anything. The property did get new management but I am excited for what is coming and looking forward to all the improvements that are going to get made! the location is great, safety isn't an issue and the pool / bark park are cherries on top of the Sunday.
