Best Apartment in Montgomery
April 24, 2025There are 1~2 garage with spacious rooms with fireplace. The neighbor is so safe and good for walking. Lakes make the home looks more sweet. Office people are always nice and welcoming!Property Manager Responded

Crime is HORRIBLE
July 19, 2022Apt was broken into twice in broad daylight. Also, on the first occurrence it was the day after maintenance work was done. No safety measures at all. Gates do not work.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to live!!
March 31, 2022From the on-site staff... Kelly, Melissa, & Brittany, to the maintenance staff Eric, Julius, Brandon, & Michael ... Barrington Place @ Somerset has been such a wonderful experience and such a welcoming place to live. Safe. Minutes away from Eastchase and Hwy. The shopping centers are in short commute. The neighbor is friendly and make you feel welcomed. I have not experienced any noise issues. Gated community. Small pond for peaceful walks. They even have a mini movie theatre for residential ...use. If you’re looking for a safe place to call home. Come to Barrington Place @ Somerset.Property Manager Responded

Julius, property caretaker welcomed me as if I was already a tenant with a brief conversation as if I was family. Just warm and welcoming. I am so grateful for Brittney Allen, just as warm and welcoming as Julius. Brittney, leasing agent deserves a big kudo, she accepts you as a tenant. The application process confirms you as a ...tenant. I walked out feeling like I found my family and home. Upon my return to complete the application process, same warmth and welcoming.
