I have had one of the best experiences in history. My visit at Barrington place was awesome. JT leasing consultant went over and beyond the call of duty to help me . She was anxious to give me advice and great suggestions in meeting my needs. I’m looking forward to being a long time tenant because of her experience and professionalism.

Best Apartment in Montgomery

There are 1~2 garage with spacious rooms with fireplace. The neighbor is so safe and good for walking. Lakes make the home looks more sweet. Office people are always nice and welcoming!

Crime is HORRIBLE

Apt was broken into twice in broad daylight. Also, on the first occurrence it was the day after maintenance work was done. No safety measures at all. Gates do not work.

From the on-site staff... Kelly, Melissa, & Brittany, to the maintenance staff Eric, Julius, Brandon, & Michael ... Barrington Place @ Somerset has been such a wonderful experience and such a welcoming place to live. Safe. Minutes away from Eastchase and Hwy. The shopping centers are in short commute. Moving can be hectic. Finding a new home or apartment can be tiresome. But when I visited Barrington Place – Montgomery, peacefulness started as soon as I entered. Julius, property caretaker welcomed me as if I was already a tenant with a brief conversation as if I was family. Just warm and welcoming.
