Greystar was better Terrible under new management. Gate is NEVER working. If so maybe 2 days out every few months. New key fobs don’t work. Property upgrades don’t make any sense. Office never answers the phone. Have to jump through hoops to speak to different people about different issues. Random fees.. the list continues

Great place to live This complex is wonderful. I recommend it highly. It’s very well maintained, and both the management staff and the maintenance staff are great. Any issues are taken care of immediately. Like the Town of Pearland, it’s just clean. I love it here. I love my attached garage, my huge pantry and my yard. Plus, most anything I could want is within a mile to two mile radius. ??

I’ve had a really great experience with Barron Park! The customer service is honestly one of the best parts of this community. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any questions or service requests are handled quickly, which makes living here stress-free.
The amenities are also a huge plus. The gym has brand-new equipment and feels clean, modern, and well-maintained — it’s like having a quality fitness center right at home. The pool is large ...
and beautifully kept, perfect for relaxing or getting in a good swim.
Overall, this community offers a great balance of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I rented an apartment in Barron Park but was later relocated by my company to a different city. Although I received the deposit return statement, I have not yet received my security deposit back. I have been waiting for six months, but the project manager overseeing Barron Park in Pearland has been unresponsive to my calls and emails. I do not recommend leasing an apartment in this location if you want to avoid losing money.

My car was stolen from this property one month into living here. Cameras were broken therefore I was unable to assist the police with locating my vehicle. Mercedess c300 was stole from Barron Park Apartments. Individuals with loose pit bulls allowing their dogs to run the property without a leash.

I moved into Barron Park which use to be discovery in 2023. My experience living here has been the absolute worst. Loud neighbors, kids stomping and playing, blasting music, grounds unkept, trash all over dumpsters, appliances not up to date, patios raggedy/toys/trash present, loud noise at the pool after midnight, and lastly no one ever answers the office phones. I have called and left vm on countless occasions and no return calls. I would not recommend Barron Park to the homeless!
